The agent dials the office’s direct line, asks your questions, and records each answer as a structured field. Calls stay short because the script is fixed and the agent never wanders off it.
You see both. Each field carries the website’s answer, the phone answer, and a timestamp for each, so you decide which wins and can measure how often your other sources drift. For many buyers that disagreement rate is the most useful number we deliver.
Today we call direct-dial lines, where verification is fastest and cleanest. Phone tree navigation is in development for a later stage, and we will say it is ready when it is, not before.
The service works only with publicly available provider and facility directory information. We do not request, collect or store PHI, and any engagement that would touch PHI requires a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement before work begins.
