As the Data Operations Assistant Manager, your role is crucial in ensuring accurate documentation of intricate concepts from clients and stakeholders. You identify process gaps, drive efficiency through process enhancements, and take ownership of the team’s production model, maintaining day-to-day excellence in performance.
Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field. -
Exceptional attention to detail.

Demonstrated capability to excel under pressure. Team management experience, including direct reports.

Proficiency in managing substantial projects and client interactions autonomously. Strong aptitude for problem-solving.

Skill in converting client needs into precise, organized outputs. Strategic thinking to navigate ambiguous scenarios.

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel skills.

Team player with a solution-oriented and positive attitude.

Quick learner with a sincere approach to work.
Job Responsibilities:

Ensure that complex concepts shared by our clients and other stakeholders are accurately documented.

Manage SLAs and deliverables by coordinating with different teams working remotely.

Work with stakeholders at all levels to identify and address process gaps with process improvement ideas that bring efficiency and structure.

Display excellent change management and risk assessment skills at the team level during the execution of all tasks.

Be a culture carrier and live by all of our core values.

Continuously collaborate with our team of Data Automation Engineers and Data Scientists to ensure end-to-end completion of the ‘QA-Feedback-Reporting’ process.

Build and own the team’s production model for better efficiency.

Own the team’s day-to-day performance and ensure that it remains top-notch.

Capable business-grade computer (e.g., modern processor, 8 GB+ of RAM)

- While we do have separate teams for AI & ML, this job does not guarantee an organic segue into these roles.
