As a Data Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients consistently receive high-quality datasets within specified timelines. Collaborating closely with the development team, you’ll oversee the ‘QA-Feedback-Reporting’ process from start to finish. Your primary objective will be to provide clients with meticulously tailored datasets that align with their unique requirements.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Develop, QC, audit, and deliver completed and approved datasets meeting predetermined deadlines with a goal of complete accuracy. -
Catch and report bugs by highlighting trends and exceptions that require fixes.

Work on research projects for enabling clean and structured input as well as output data.

Manage ETAs and deliverables by coordinating with different teams working remotely.

Suggest process improvement ideas that will bring efficiency and structure to workflows.

Assist our AI and RPA models by manually parsing data to help derive insights for automation.

Respond to client inquiries related to ongoing projects.

Research and troubleshoot issues associated with data and/or tools provided.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

Any experience working in operations, research, quality assurance, or exposure to working with datasets would be an added advantage.

Must have intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.

Knowledge of SQL would be preferable.

Must have high integrity, a strong data-oriented mindset, great English communication (written and verbal) skills, and a sincere approach to work.

Must be able to pay excellent attention to details and have good change management skills.

Have an owner’s mindset and take end of end responsibility of the tasks assigned.

Had good interpersonal skills and can manage daily allocation que.
