As a Junior AI Developer, you will take ownership of AI projects, provide mentorship, and lead in the development of AI solutions.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Lead the end-to-end development of AI projects, from problem formulation to deployment. -
Make architectural and technical decisions, providing leadership within AI projects.

Mentor Junior and Associate AI Developers, fostering their growth and development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.

Communicate solutions to stakeholders/ clients and implement improvements as needed to operational systems.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering/ electronic engineering.

Experience in AI/ML with exposure to building production-level AI models and POCs.

Proficient in Python development.

Must have solid experience in working with at least one standard RDBMS (SQL/NoSQL).

Must have experience working on image processing, specifically scanned images of documents, text classification, etc.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
