As a Process Lead – Data Operations, you will serve as the technical anchor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific data modules. You will be responsible for the technical integrity of the “Extraction-QA-Feedback-Delivery” pipeline, ensuring that complex client requirements are translated into efficient, high-quality operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Process Mastery & Quality Control
• SME Ownership: Act as the primary authority for specific process modules, conducting foundational research to build subject matter expertise.
• Advanced Quality Assurance: Embed robust quality control and feedback loops into operations to ensure 100% accuracy in delivered datasets.
• Technical Oversight: Supervise the end-to-end completion of project deliverables, ensuring they meet predetermined deadlines and client-specific structures.
• Data Integrity: Audit and approve datasets, maintaining the highest standards of reliability for data-driven solutions. -
Operational Excellence & Innovation
• Workflow Optimization: Supplement the planning and implementation of process workflows to bring structure and efficiency to the team.
• Bottleneck Resolution: Identify recurring operational bottlenecks and design scalable, process-driven solutions.
• Automation Support: Collaborate with Data Automation Engineers to implement solutions that make QA processes more efficient.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Research and troubleshoot complex issues associated with data, tools, or bugs by highlighting trends that require fixes. -
Stakeholder Coordination
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with dev teams, specialists, and process owners to manage timely project completion.
• Client Engagement: Respond to nuanced client inquiries and document complex concepts shared by stakeholders.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Experience: 3–5 years of data-focused experience.

Candidate should have experience of private market and M&A.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Python, SQL, or other query/coding languages.

Software Skills: Advanced Excel and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Analytical Mindset: A quick learner with a strong, process-driven mindset and a solution-oriented approach to challenges.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
